I’ve been trying to remember all of the seminars I’ve run over the past ten years, and I believe this is the best service I’ve received at a hotel aside, possibly, from an event I helped run at the Broadmoor in 2002.

My husband and I, with many family members and friends, spent the weekend at your hotel last week. We were in Denver to celebrate the amazing life of my husband's father, so it was a poignant, emotional time. Good hospitality was such a wonderful part of our weekend. The front desk staff was incredible. The valet/bell service gentlemen were exactly that: gentle, kind, endearing. From the moment we walked in the door (to a welcome bag for my husband, because your sales director knew the circumstances under which we were there) to the moment we left, we were well cared for, made to smile, given reasons to notice your exceptional staff. My husband started and operates a customer service training company, and I spent the earlier years of my career in hospitality and tourism promotion, so we are very conversant in what works and what is stellar. I can't tell you the last time we were in a facility where every interaction with every staff person made an impression. (The two maintenance men who fixed the temperature problem in the gym - amazing!) I hope you'll recognize these professionals in some way, but as important, I hope you'll pause to consider the incredible impact you are empowered to have. You are obviously uncommon leaders, as your staff are happy, helpful, wonderful. We loved them all!

Your staff was great and real responsive to our needs. Everything went as planned. We have been to at least 5 other locations and this was the best. We will return and tell others. Your banquet staff and managers were very good and a big help.The entire staff of the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown strives to exceed our clients expectations. All at the Hilton Garden Inn were great...food was good and they were very attentive. Our room was comfortable and nicely kept. Thumbs up for them! The Catering Manager was great to deal with, professional and accommodating.
